College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels: (i) Boys' hostel complex (ii) Girls' hostel There's no fee for the hostel. It's a 100% residential college, so there's no point of PG. Food is of high standards and costs around Rs1500 per month The classrooms and overall infrastructure of this college is one of the best in this country

Entrance Exams & Admissions :  Anyone who has passed 12th is eligible to appear for NEET and hence can apply for AFMC too. The entrance exam to be cleared is NEET(NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY ENTRANCE TEST). Typically the last call may go until AIR 3000, but the top rankers are usually taken unless they have medical issues

Placements & Internships : The internship is at any command hospital and the cadets have various allowances during the course too. Army/Navy/Airforce is the option available unless you are choosing to pay out. Average salary depends upon the pay scale of Lieutenant rank(in Army..) and subsequently increases with the promotion. The alumni network is the BEST because you are somehow connected even to those who had passed out 20-25 years ago through your batch and AFG Number.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is very cheap. It costs around Rs 3000 per year with Rs 1500 per month for the mess and accommodation charges. No loan is required for a cadet to pass out from AFMC.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is from 8.30 am-4.00pm with clinical schedule between 10.30am-1.00pm The teachers are too good and provide with the best quality subject knowledge. Overall experience is very good with ample opportunities to excel in various extra-curricular activities.

Clubs & Associations : You can find almost everything in this campus. You name it and we have it (expect for golf though). Cricket, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Athletics, Badminton, Squash, Tennis, and several indoor games. Music , Dance, Drama and even Film-making(MEDCINE club) is college's asset. Life is awesome at AFMC
